CANCELLATION POLICY
At Color Coven, I strive to provide my clients with exceptional service and personalized care. To ensure that I can accommodate the scheduling needs of all clients, I have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellation:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide me with at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will also incur the same fee. The fee amount is either full amount owed, or 50% of amount owed.
3. Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request and find a convenient alternative time for your visit.
4. Arrival Time:
I kindly request that you arrive on time for you scheduled appointment. Though, I have a grace period of 15 minutes, arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time to avoid delays for other clients. Should you arrive after 15 minutes, we will need to reschedule, which may lead to a late cancellation fee.
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text me at (919) 579-9257 during my regular business hours. You can also leave a voicemail if you are unable to reach me directly. You may also cancel or reschedule through my booking site, if you have created an account.
By scheduling an appointment with Color Coven, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by my cancellation policy.
