At Color Coven, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and personalized care. To ensure that we can accommodate the scheduling needs of all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

 

1. Appointment Cancellation: 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide me with at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. 

 

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will also incur the same fee. The fee amount is either full amount owed, or 50% of amount owed.

 

3. Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, please contact your service provider as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a convenient alternative time for your visit. 4. Arrival Time:

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Though, we have a grace period of 15 minutes, arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time to avoid delays for other clients. Should you arrive after 15 minutes, we will need to reschedule, which may lead to a late cancellation fee.

 

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please get in contact with your service provider during regular business hours. You can also leave a voicemail with our salon phone, if you are unable to reach said service provider directly. You may also cancel or reschedule through our booking site, if you have created an account. You can find these links/information on our "Meet The Coven" page.

 

By scheduling an appointment with Color Coven, and fellow service providers, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
