CANCELLATION POLICY
At Color Coven, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and personalized care. To ensure that we can accommodate the scheduling needs of all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellation:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we respect your time—so we ask for the same in return.
If you cancel less than 48 hours of your appointment and notify us appropriately, you will be charged 30% of the service total, in addition to your non-refundable deposit. If you cancel or no-show without any notification, you will be charged 100% of the service total.
Effective immediately:
For chemical services requiring 5 hours or more, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after the 72-hour window may incur a fee determined by the service provider.
2. Deposit and Refund Policy:
After any of our cut, hair extension, or color consultations, a $50 non-refundable consultation fee is collected. This fee secures your future appointment and serves as a retainer; it is not applied toward the total cost of your service.
For chemical services totaling $300 or more, a non-refundable 30% deposit is also required. This deposit will be applied to your final balance on the day of your scheduled service. For multi-session chemical services, a separate deposit will be required for each session.
Deposits may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment. After that single reschedule, the deposit expires and a new deposit is required to book again. This policy helps keep the schedule fair for all clients and ensures appointment spots don’t sit unused.
We do not offer monetary refunds. However, if you experience reasonable dissatisfaction within 7 days of your appointment, we are happy to provide a correction at the stylist’s discretion.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. Arrival Time:
We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Though, we have a grace period of 15 minutes, arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time to avoid delays for other clients. Should you arrive after 15 minutes, we will need to reschedule, which may lead to a late cancellation fee.
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please get in contact with your service provider during regular business hours. You can also leave a voicemail with our salon phone, if you are unable to reach said service provider directly. You may also cancel or reschedule through our booking site, if you have created an account. You can find these links/information on our "Meet The Coven" page.
