Do I need a consultation?
If you're looking to make a major change, have complex color needs, or want extensions—yes, a consultation is a must. Think of it like the pre-spell spell.
How do I book?
Use our online booking portals! You can find this in our "Meet Our Coven" tab. It’s fast, easy, and open 24/7—because we respect your late-night beauty revelations. You can also call or DM us if that’s more your vibe.
How long will my appointment take?
It depends on the spell you’re casting—er, the service you’re booking. We’ll give you an estimate during booking, but be prepared to chill with us for a bit if you’re getting a full transformation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens, we get it. But we kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or sacrifice to the hair gods (but mostly a fee). You can find our more in-depth policy in the "Cancellation Policy" tab.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We love spontaneity, but we’re often booked solid. You’re welcome to stop by, but we highly recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment and sad hair.
Do you offer extensions?
Yes! And we’re damn good at it. We offer consultations for custom extension services so we can match you perfectly and make sure you’re living your fullest mermaid fantasy.
What if I don't like my hair?
First off, ouch. But seriously—tell us. We want you to love your hair. Contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to make it right. No judgment. No drama. Just solutions.

At Color Coven, we specialize in high-quality, ethically sourced extensions. Specifically, we use DreamCatchers hair extensions. Each of our artists handles their own bookings and messages—because no one knows their schedule (or their magic) better than they do.
